My athletics training

I am Manuel, a passionate athletics coach with 44 years of age and extensive experience both as a federated athlete for over 14 years and as a national athletics coach. My athletic career includes competitions in a variety of disciplines, including sprint events (100, 200, 400 meters), throws (javelin, discus, hammer, shot put), hurdles, jumps (long jump, triple jump, high jump, pole vault), combined events (decathlon, heptathlon, pentathlon), and 4×100 and 4×400 relays. I have competed at both provincial and national levels, earning numerous individual and team medals, especially in the master category.

As a coach, my goal is to help you achieve your goals, whether it’s improving your physical condition, winning competitions, or simply enjoying a healthier and more active lifestyle. I train children, teenagers, adults, and seniors, tailoring my methods and approaches to the specific needs of each group.
